    Hi Jerry,

    I’m very sory for this inconvenience! egging is totally relying on Apple’s authenticating procedure. I experienced this problem with all kind of games in the past unfortunately there iis not much an app developer can do about it as we are depending on Apple here. Although Apple’s authentication procedere has a time out it’s not always triggered, thus not possible to continue, unfortunately.

    Still I would like to help you. There are several things that you might want to try:

    1. Apple had a lot downtimes with it’s servers in the recent weeks due to security problems, not sure if this is related. At the moment I can authenticat without any problems. Could you please check if you encounter this problem with other games that use Apple’s Game Center? If yes, you might have a connection problem (networking or game center). You will need to resolve this: Sometimes trying later ( e.g. on the next day) will already help.

    2. Sometimes users have sandbox accounts in game center: you would need to logg off and login into the regular game center account.

    3. Actually it’s a godd idea to log off and login again into game center.

    4. Refresh your networking connections, for example flight modus on/off, wlan on/off, restart you device.

    5. Switch device off/on: Press and hold home button + screen lock button for some seconds.

    6. Delete app and reinstall.
